TankMate LTE sensors connect to the low power, wide area NB-IoT network in New Zealand. If your tank has cell phone coverage, it will most likely have access to the dedicated NB-IoT network though either Spark or Vodafone!

The R3 LTE sensor builds on the success of the V2 model to provide accurate and affordable tank level monitoring. The fully sealed sensor unit uses a non-contact radar sensor to measure tank levels with millimeter accuracy, to ensure years of trouble free operation.
R3 sensors are housed inside a robust polycarbonate enclosure with an IP68 weatherproof rating to ensure it can stand up to the elements. Powered by 3xAA batteries, the sensor requires no external power and provides intelligent battery monitoring via the mobile app.
This sensor can be used with a variety of tank types and shapes - installation requires a 30mm hole to be drilled in the tank lid / roof (at least 100mm above the water height). A single sensor can be used to monitor multiple tanks that are connected and have a common level.

The app displays your tank level information in a clear easy to understand way, assuring you can detect water level issues before they become a larger problem. The daily use and leak detection info is also very handy for short term rentals - how many litres did that wild group use?
